Yegor Grebnev博士研究中国古代历史和文本。他对比较研究特别感兴趣，利用其他古代文化的证据来阐明中国的过去。除了对中国的研究外，Yegor还在手稿和金石学研究领域发起了多项国际合作，将研究各种前现代文化的研究人员聚集在一起。
